HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Start by visiting our store https://foomav.com and browsing our different categories. Once you find a product that you like, click on “Add to cart” and then “Check out”. Enter your name address and phone number in the next page, choose your shipping method and pay via Paypal or Credit/Debit card if you don’t have a Paypal account. That’s all it takes.

HOW CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

Please note that we are only able to make change to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email admin@foomav.com within 24 hours after placing your order.

PAYMENT

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Credit Cards: We accept credit cards backed by the major providers on our website, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. To pay with a credit card, please select PayPal and click on 'Complete Order' at the last step of the checkout process. Search for 'Create Account' or 'Pay with Debit or Credit Card', then enter your Payment Details, your Billing Address, and your Contact Information.

*Please note that clicking on 'Create Account' will not force you to create a PayPal account. It will just direct you to the page where you can enter your Credit/Debit Card details.

PayPal: We accept PayPal on both desktop and mobile. If you have a balance in your PayPal account, that balance will automatically be used before your backup payment method (which you’ll select at the time of purchase). NOTE: PayPal may incorrectly suggest that you can pay with your credit card or bank account first, but you won’t be able to. We apologize for any confusion.



WHICH CURRENCY ARE YOU USING?

All products are set in US Dollars, our system will automatically convert your currency to make it easy for you when placing your order.

SHIPPING

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Our general shipping is USPS First Class and our shipping comes at no charge to our customers.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Once we receive your order, we start working on it right away! All orders are subject to verification and approval and may take up to 72 business hours to process before shipping. Please note we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm PST, Saturday or Sunday will be processed by our warehouse the following business day.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International rates & delivery times vary depending on your shipping service of choice and additional taxes and duties that may be charged by Customs.

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

Yes! After you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order number. Your tracking number will be sent to you via a separate email once your order is ready to leave our warehouse. Please allow at least 12 hours for the tracking information to update before reviewing your shipment status.

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE SHIPPING TIME?

The shipping time will depend on your exact location. However, it usually takes 3 to 4 weeks for the package to get to you once we process it and send it.

LOST PACKAGE?

For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out directly to the shipping company. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.

If you’re unable to resolve the issue with the shipping company, email admin@foomav.com and we’ll get to the bottom of it!

WHY AM I BEING CHARGED INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND/OR TAXES?

International shipments are sometimes subject to special duties and fees that vary by country. At this time, we’re unable to collect payment for international duties and fees at checkout, so you may be required to pay them separately when your order is cleared through customs. We know this is not ideal, and are actively working to provide a better experience for our international customers. Should you choose not to pay or pick up your package, it will be returned to us which can take several weeks. Once the item is received and checked back into our system we will issue a refund.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order the item(s) can be returned within 30 days of delivery of your order for a refund or exchange. Return shipping will be covered by Foomav and all refunds will be issued within 7 business days not including holidays or weekends of receipt of returned products, provided product is in a new and unused condition. 

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Items should be returned new and unused.

Returns that are damaged, soiled, altered, or otherwise unacceptable as determined by Foomav in its sole discretion, may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

HOW DO I ARRANGE A RETURN?

To arrange a return please email admin@foomav.com with your account information, order number, product information, reason for return, and whether you would prefer a refund or exchange. We will reply with return shipping label you can use to ship your product back to our warehouse.

Refunds will be confirmed via email. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
